Sijil berhenti Sekolah

Sijil Berhenti Sekolah is important. It is needed when one wants to return to school after spending years overseas.

So my family except the eldest are going to stay with me during my transfer to the UK for approximately 5 years as stated in the letter. I went to Pejabat Pendidikan Wilayah Bangsar & Pudu (Zon S5) since SMK Alam Damai is in Zon Pudu. The place is located near Victoria Institute.

Took a number with only one person in front of me. The guy at the counter with his name tag ...Cikgu Siva. Very nice guy. He explained the procedure and informed me that what I need is Sijil Berhenti Sekolah and I need to get it from the school. However, upon returning I have to fill up certain form and he provided me with the form.

 


I went to SMK Alam Damai. Everyone in the office was helpful. Even HEM came out. His name is En Nazri. I was informed that a piece of the letter from me is sufficient. The letter should state the reason for stop attending the school and for how long.

I was advised to do it before the school ends as a lot of teachers won't come back to school during school holidays.
